White Section House
If you don't have enough room for a "Whole" house, this is the house for you. It is compact in size measuring:
18"D. X 15 1/2" W. X 30" H.
Interior Room Sizes: 10 3/4 D. X 12 1/2" W. X 9" Ceiling
The Exterior has a crisp white paint and the roof is made from real slate. There are two columns holding up the porch roof and the windows and door have real glass panels. The house is fully enclosed to protect from dust. The whole front section removes for easy viewing. There are gutters and downspouts and a brick chimney on the roof.
It has three rooms to fill. It is fully electrified with working outlets in all three rooms. The flooring is parquet and the walls have custom paneling. On the first floor there is a white crystal chandelier and a fireplace with a slate hearth. The second floor has a flush mount crystal fixture on the ceiling made by Phyllis Tucker.
